Tech

  • Saw strong attendance at ArbiLink at ETHCC with 300+ attendees, including strong participation in the evening content track, and received 30+ applications for the mini Agentic bounty.
  • Produced a series of videos and materials covering Agentic use cases, explaining how to deploy and manage an agent on Arbitrum, alongside evergreen content related to Stylus.
  • Planned upcoming presence at DevWorld and EthPrague, focusing on x402 and Agentic payments.
  • Issued two Builder’s Block newsletters since the last update.
  • Continued planning and preparation for the next Open House (to be announced soon).
  • Completed multiple data integrations with different providers to improve insights regarding ecosystem activations.

Ecosystem

  • Finalised the review of 840 projects for the mentorship program, selecting 11 projects with 8 pending interviews.
  • Attended Merge Brazil, co-hosted a dinner with 17 Brazilian banks and fintechs, and held several discussions with other Latam banks and fintechs, with ongoing follow-ups.
  • Processed AAP applications consistently (20+ per week) and advanced the launch of the AAP AI Security pilot (tool selection completed, pending final approval).
  • Developed the One Stop Hub as a singular entry point to AAEs, expecting engagement to ramp up in the coming weeks.

Finance

  • Continued execution of ATMC deployments (including the redemption of an RWA position and a liquidity pool position) and consolidated smaller holdings into the ATMC wallet to streamline treasury operations as per the DAO’s approval.
  • Introduced improvements to custody arrangements to reduce counterparty exposure on derivatives positions.

Investments and Capital

  • Presented in a prime-time panel to an audience of 150+ family offices and HNW clients during the Institutional Investment Summit, hosted by Arca.
  • Presented in a private executive roundtable to clients of FalconX.
  • Met with ecosystem, investment, and financial partners to advance partnership opportunities during Digital Asset Summit week.
  • Coordinated participation from global VC firms to support the Arbitrum ecosystem through the upcoming mentorship program.

Governance

  • The DVP Quorum + Proposal Cancellation AIP passed on-chain, with upgrades now active.
  • Continued facilitating the Security Council election for the March 2026 cohort, currently in the compliance phase.
  • Handed over oversight of the Code of Conduct and DAO Procedures to the OpCo, as per the Updating the Code of Conduct & DAO Procedures to Become Living Documents proposal.
  • Continued work with Offchain Labs and other partners to ensure continuity of the governance UI.
