  • Utilized Consensus HK as launchpad for the Robinhood Chain testnet announcement, securing Tier-1 media coverage in CNBC (SquawkBox), Fortune, Forbes, and CoinDesk. Also achieved significant media impact with 8 total placements, including 4 panel slots, a press conference, and 3 media interviews

Investments and Capital

  • Conducted meetings with 40+ funds and investment offices during the Digital Asset Forum and Consensus in February
  • Hosted an Investor network cocktail evening during Consensus HK, attracting 80+ registrations from major firms
  • Participated in an institutional panel at DAF 2026 alongside Bloomberg, Robinhood, and Deutsche Bank to position Arbitrum as the premier technology venue for financial firms.

Finance

  • Managed the redistribution of ATMC funds and the operational execution of the ETH options strategy
  • Completed custodial solution upgrades to mitigate counterparty risk for DAO treasury initiatives
  • Finished onboarding a leading quant trading firm for options trading as part of a broader treasury strategy

Ecosystem

  • Announced the mentorship program for early-stage teams, receiving over 250 applications for the 15 available slots for the upcoming cohort that commences in April
  • Developed a unified ecosystem intake channel to provide a single entry point for builders and reduce program fragmentation
  • Optimized internal grant processes between OCL and the Arbitrum Foundation to increase operational efficiency
