1. Constitutional AIP: Fast Feed
This proposes to establish the Fast Feed, a paid, authenticated data streaming product for Arbitrum One that allows subscribers to get updates on transactions, their relative ordering, and related transaction metadata earlier than they would otherwise via the regular feed.
The intention is for 97% of subscription revenue to be routed to the ArbitrumDAO and 3% to the Arbitrum Developer Guild.
