AGDAO x Arbitrum: TikTok & X GameFi Sprint - Final Report

Executive Summary

Project name: AGDAO x Arbitrum: TikTok & X GameFi Sprint

Questbook application: Arbitrum, Web3 Gaming, and the Future of AI Integration

Website / socials: togetherfi.io (formerly HYPEit.io) | TikTok @agdaolabs | X @AGDAOLabs | X @DeFiholic | Instagram @AGDAOLabs

From August 30 to November 30, 2025, we ran a daily/weekly content sprint across TikTok and X spotlighting Arbitrum-native games, reaching a mainstream, Web2-leaning audience. We published 124 tracked posts (41 / 45 / 38 across the three months) plus 150+ TikTok Stories per month, covering more than a dozen Arbitrum titles including WildCard, Footium, Riftstorm, Spot Zero, EXE Arena, L3E7, TheLostGlitches and Tollan Universe. Combined views landed at 3,222,406 across the campaign. Note: HYPEit.io, referenced in our original application, has since fully rebranded to TogetherFi.io.

This grant let us put real weight behind the plan we pitched, funding the TikTok push, our X API and tracking tools, Discord/editor staff, and giving us room to launch weekly Gaming Nights, which werenโ€™t in the original scope but became one of the campaignโ€™s strongest formats.

2. Qualitative Impact & Community Feedback

The biggest shift this cycle was moving from one-off content drops to a recurring presence. Weekly Gaming Nights became something people expected and showed up for, and we featured more than double the Arbitrum games we originally committed to. This video shows the format in action, attendance, setup, live streams: AGโšก๏ธDAO on X: "๐Ÿ“ฒ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„, ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ผ, ๐—ซ ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐˜ ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒ. / X

Continued momentum: The relationship with the ecosystem kept growing after the grant closed. A few highlights: a testimonial from Sinjin David Jung, founder of MAYG.io ( Sinjin David Jung on X: "While we've never paid any KOLs to push our game, we are very thankful to @arbitrum gaming grants for giving one to AG DAO and for them to invite us for a showcase game night. 3. Financial Summary

The $15,000 grant broke down as:

  • TikTok production: $4,500 (30%)
  • X campaign execution: $3,000 (20%)
  • App subscriptions & ad spend: $1,500 (10%)
  • Discord/staff, X API, editor costs: $3,000 (20%)
  • Direct gamer rewards (Gaming Nights): $3,000 (20%)

The one real shift from the original plan: Gaming Nights werenโ€™t a separate line item in the initial budget. Once we saw how well the format landed, we pulled $3,000 out of TikTok production (down from $7,500) and put it directly into prize pools for gamers attending those sessions, straight back into the community rather than overhead.

4. Future Plans & Continued Ecosystem Alignment

Weekly Gaming Nights stay as our anchor recurring event, and weโ€™re continuing to grow our roster of featured Arbitrum games past the dozen-plus weโ€™re already working with. HYPEit.io has now fully transitioned into TogetherFi.io, and weโ€™re building out the Arbitrum creator/player hub there so on-chain missions and stablecoin payouts become permanent rather than grant-bound.

Our long-term plan hasnโ€™t changed: reinvest earnings into community activity like tournaments and creator incentives. This grant proved the weekly format works at scale, and that momentum has carried into our current Arbitrum grant cycle, where weโ€™re already seeing strong results on X and on the business side with TogetherFi.io.

5. Additional Remarks

All numbers in this report are pulled directly from our tracking sheets and revv.gg dashboards, nothing estimated or rounded up. Month 1 used direct engagement metrics while months 2-3 used referral link tracking, worth keeping in mind if comparing month over month.

Thanks to the Arbitrum community and team for the support this cycle, happy to answer questions on any of the numbers above.

Great to see Arbitrum games reaching more people outside crypto. Did you notice where beginners most often got stuck when trying a gameโ€”setting up a wallet, getting funds, or connecting to the game?

I help with support at Gem Wallet, so feedback like this is useful for making the first steps easier.
