GAM3S.GG executed a targeted, multi-channel content campaign dedicated to boosting visibility, player acquisition, and overall ecosystem engagement for Arbitrum-based games. The campaign will leverage the full strength of GAM3S.GG’s content engine, distribution network, and gaming community to position Arbitrum as a leading destination for high-quality games with asset ownership and digital collectibles.

The campaign rolled out over 3 phases (6 weeks in total), with specific content deliverables across social channels, newsletter and our own platform and was broken down into 3 phases.

  • Phase 1: Launch homepage features, 2 short videos, 2 livestreams, 3 articles, and 2 newsletter features.
  • Phase 2: Publish 2 short videos, 1 livestream, 3 articles, 1 newsletter feature, and 1 YouTube long-form video.
  • Phase 3: Final rollout of 2 short videos, 1 livestream, 3 articles, and 1 newsletter feature.

Impact of the Grant Funding:
The grant covered creative production costs, content distribution, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing spend to maximize overall reach and conversions.

Use of Grant Funds (% allocation):

  • 45% – Content production (creative team, editing, design, research)

  • 30% – Paid distribution (ads, platform placements)

  • 15% – Paid media strategy (analytics, scheduling, audience segmentation)

  • 10% – Overall campaign management & reporting

Variance from Original Budget:

  • No major variances. Spending aligned perfectly with the original plan.

5) Future Plans & Continued Ecosystem Alignment

  • GAM3S.GG’s infrastructure is built on Arbitrum, our token lives on Arbitrum and we plan to continue supporting the Arbitrum ecosystem moving forward

  • Continue producing gaming-focused short-form content that integrates Arbitrum games

  • Launch additional future content pushes tied to Arbitrum Gaming

  • Explore new platforms such as Reddit for potential growth

  • We’ve also recently been awarded a new grant that is more specifically focused on short form content and conversions alone which we’ve begun the execution of already: GAM3S.GG x Arbitrum: Content Marketing Campaign

We appreciate the Arbitrum DAO’s support in enabling us to run one of the most impactful short-form gaming content pushes in the web3 gaming space. The results demonstrate that with targeted creative and paid amplification, web3 gaming can reach and resonate with mainstream gaming audiences at scale and outside our Twitter/X bubble that most teams are stuck in.
