At the moment, we’re in the Submission period, during which anyone can propose a complete SOS matrix. Now, if you don’t have time/capacity to submit a full SOS proposal, you can wait for the Feedback period and suggest adding new objectives to existing proposals - especially in the marketing area which seems to be your expertize.
After the whole SOS process is complete and the governance vote passes, it will be time to start executing on those objectives, which is where anyone from the Arbitrum community will be more than welcome to help out.
