Arbitrum’s Ecosystem Marketing Plans

The following reflects the views of the Lampros DAO governance team, composed of Chain_L (@Blueweb), @Euphoria, and Hirangi Pandya (@Nyx), based on our combined research, analysis, and ideation.

Thank you @AdamWesteren, for initiating this discussion on enhancing Arbitrum’s marketing efforts. The ideas you’ve presented are compelling strategies to improve Arbitrum’s visibility.

In a related post by @Tekr0x.eth How can Arbitrum improve its presence on Web3 Social? the delegates have been exploring strategies to enhance Arbitrum’s engagement on other social platforms like Farcaster and Lens. The consensus so far there leans towards forming a lightweight, DAO-aligned working group to spearhead these initiatives. This approach emphasizes starting with targeted campaigns, measuring their effectiveness, and scaling successful strategies.

Given the alignment between your post and the other one, we think it might be beneficial to integrate these efforts. Establishing a cohesive marketing strategy that encompasses both traditional campaigns and decentralized social media engagement could amplify our reach and effectiveness.

Furthermore, as highlighted by @TempeTechie, there are ongoing discussions and submissions related to marketing in the SOS. As some delegates have already pointed out, waiting until the SOS is finalized may be more effective.

We support the idea of experimenting with these marketing strategies in a structured manner, ensuring alignment with the DAO’s broader objectives, and fostering collaboration across various initiatives to maximize our collective impact once the SOS is finalized.
