Yes, that is absolutely correct. Event Horizon is a community run protocol with DIP shared back to the voters. I am an independent delegate.

Hello everyone, Iām writing to inform that I will be withdrawing from the Delegate Incentive Program effective immediately.
I have recently begun collaborating with @SEEDGov to help with Grant Management, specifically reviewing grants in the Education, Community Growth and Events domain from Season 3 of the Domain Allocator Offerings (D.A.O.) Grant Program.
We believe this withdrawal is the appropriate course of action to maintain the programās integrity.
I appreciate the opportunity to have participated in the DIP over the past few months and look forward to continuing my contributions to the Arbitrum ecosystem.

thank you for promptly disclosing the CoI and for taking the initiative to withdraw from the DIP @Juanrah. we should be much more strict with Conflicts of Interest in this DAO then what weāve been until now and I appreciate you for being a good example on this.

Hello everyone,
We would like to inform you that Lampros DAO has officially updated our delegation address. Our previous address was āchain-l.ethā (0xA2D590FEe197C0b614Fe7c3E10303327F38C0dc3), and our new address for all delegation purposes is now ālamprosdao.ethā (0xf070cD4b5bA73A6B6a939dDe513f79862bffCd25).
This change is aimed at aligning our delegation activities with our branding and streamlining our processes within the Arbitrum ecosystem. We have maintained active participation in all proposals with our previous address and will continue this engagement seamlessly with our new address.
We request that @SEEDGov and all community members note this change for all future interactions and DIP considerations.
