[DIP v1.0]Delegate Incentive Program Results (AUGUST 2024)

We are proud to announce the initial outcomes of the fifth month of the Delegate Incentive Program. We can now share results with the Arbitrum ecosystem.

August Participants

For August’s iteration of the program, 54 participants enrolled, out of which 48 met the necessary requirements to qualify.

Parameters Breakdown

Snapshot Voting

During the month, there were a total of 12 Snapshot Votes, which were considered for the assignment of scores by SV. It is important to note that only those proposals that ended in August were counted. These are the proposals that were considered:

Tally Voting

For this month, there were a total of 3 Tally Votes considered for TV scoring. It is important to note that only those proposals that ended in August were counted. These are the proposals that were considered:

1. [Constitutional] ArbOS 31 “Bianca” (Stylus, RIP-7212 Support, Nova Fee Router)
2. Arbitrum Multi-sig Support Service (MSS)
3. Entropy Advisors: Exclusively Working With Arbitrum DAO

Communication Rationale

For the CR, the published rationals of all the votes of the month were considered, taking into account Snapshot and Tally, that is to say, that to obtain the maximum qualification in this aspect a delegate had to express his rational of all the votes of the month, in other words, 15 (12 Snapshot + 3 Tally).

Commenting in proposals

The 15 Snapshot proposals were considered.

Additional Note

Delegate Incentive Program Proposals won’t be considered to receive incentives. Because of this, we won’t consider Proposal to Temporary Extend Delegate Incentive System for this month results.

Incentives to delegates (August)

According this the results presented before the total cost destined to the delegates this month will be 138.500,00 ARBs.

Also, it’s important to understand that SEEDGov and @mmurthy from the Karma Team must consider some essential considerations for your specific case. Migrating a Historical Participation Rate from an account to another is out of the norm and some code magic is needed to make it work smoothly. We appreciate your patience.

PR (12.2) + SV (15) + TV (8.33) + CR (8.33) + CP (3.75) = 47.62 TP.

As you did not reach the 60% TP necessary, your compensation will be 0.

Incentive Detox Proposal has been updated, and CR and CP will be counted.

Unfortunately, we cannot count a proposal’s parameters when a delegate doesn’t cast the corresponding vote. There is no MSS On-Chain vote from the address finished in ef2E or C030; therefore, we cannot add it to your monthly contabilization.

Also, it’s important to note that Commenting in Proposals (CP) is only accounted for when the proposal is in Snapshot. For Tally votes, it only considers the Communication Rationale (CR) parameter.
