:gear: Parameters Breakdown

:large_blue_circle: Tally Voting

For this month, a total of 3 Tally Votes were considered for TV scoring. It is important to note that only those proposals that ended in September counted. It’s important to clarify that proposals with the tag [CANCELED] are not counted for DIP. These are the proposals that were considered:

  1. Funds to bootstrap the first BoLD validator
  2. ARB Staking: Unlock ARB Utility and Align Governance
  3. Delegate to Voter Enfranchisement Pool — Event Horizon

:green_circle: Communication Rationale

For the CR, the published rationals of all the votes of the month were considered, taking into account Snapshot and Tally, that is to say, that to obtain the maximum qualification in this aspect a delegate had to express his rational of all the votes of the month, in other words, 17 (14 Snapshot + 3 Tally).

:orange_circle: Commenting in proposals

The 15 Snapshot proposals were considered.

Additional Note

Delegate Incentive Program Proposals will not be considered for incentives, so we won’t consider the Delegate Incentive Program for this month’s results.

:clipboard: September Results

You can see the dashboard with the results implemented by Karma here.

Of all the participating delegates, 37 were eligible to receive compensation.

Two CR points are missing for the comments below:

I see from the public table that I’m missing 4 CRs, but it doesn’t specify which ones. I’ve reviewed all 17 of my votes, and each includes a CR. Could you let me know which ones are missing? That way, I can help track them down faster.

I noticed a discrepancy in the public table where two CRs appear to be missing.

We’ve added the missing ones (Tally 1 & 2, Snapshot 3).
Snapshot 9 (AAVE LTIPP Extension) was already counted as a CP (commenting in proposal) instead of a CR.

You can check updated results in Karma Dashboard.

Here are 2 votes that I believe were not verified:

  1. AIP: Funds to bootstrap the first BoLD validator - #11 by 0xTALVO.ETH_MTY

  2. ARB Staking: Unlock ARB Utility and Align Governance - #19 by 0xTALVO.ETH_MTY

Hey, thanks for noticing.

Unfortunately, the dates of both comments show that they are from when the proposal was in Snapshot. Also, it’s important to clarify that those comments are not communication rationales since there’s no clarification on what the delegate voted, besides expressing an opinion.

Those comments qualify more as ‘Commenting on Proposal’ (CP) rather than ‘Communication Rationales’ but CP are only considered when the proposal is in Snapshot.
