Thank you for reaching out and for your patience. This month was atypical because of some factors that happened. The delay in distributing the payment was due to a few factors:
- The transition from the 1.0 to 1.5 system took additional time as we adapted to the new data collection method.
- We changed the payment structure approach with MSS and it took us some time to adapt to it.
- We are onboarding an intern to help us with the DIP tasks
- Also onboarding new delegates added complexity to the process.
- It was an atypical month, with events like Devcon requiring extra coordination.
To prevent this in the future, we’re streamlining processes and building contingencies for transitions or busy periods. This won’t happen again.
