We successfully hosted the Arbitrum DAO Morning Run as a community-focused event aimed at bringing people together, promoting wellness, and raising awareness about Arbitrum DAO. The event included a group run, post-run coffee meetup, merch distribution, and on-chain participation through POAP minting.
Overall, the event was well attended, very well received, and created a fun and engaging experience for everyone involved.
Pre-Event Preparation
Leading up to the event, we focused on preparation and coordination to ensure a smooth experience. This included planning the event logistics, developing merchandise ideas, selecting a production company, and finalizing the design and branding for the Arbitrum DAO Morning Run merch.
The production process involved reviewing concepts, choosing materials, and preparing items for distribution at the event. Photos from the design and production process are included in the documentation.
Event Execution
We met at 8:00 AM at Confluence Park, where 24 participants joined the initial meet-and-greet. Tekr0x welcomed everyone and gave a brief introduction to Arbitrum DAO, followed by a short warm-up and stretching session.
From there, the group completed a 5K run (about 3.5 miles) through Confluence Park and Commons Park, following the canal route. The run created a relaxed environment where participants could connect, chat, and enjoy the experience together.
After the run, we gathered at Hello Darling Café for about 1–1.5 hours to hang out, network, and continue conversations. The coffee meetup helped strengthen connections and provided a comfortable space for community engagement.
