Gi0rgos Delegate Communication Thread

As well as the Constitutional Quorum Threshold Reduction, I voted FOR. It would be the DAO being able to succeed in even greater thresholds, but it is of outstanding importance to reach quorum in every vote. So, it is inevitable to agree with a proposal like this.

After thoroughly reviewing both answers to the proposal and answers given by Entropy, I ended up voting FOR Updating the Code of Conduct & DAO’s Procedures.

My two cents…an easy choice (FOR) choice…Disable Legacy Tether Bridge.

Another proposal coming from Entropy. I voted FOR. Consolidate Idle USDC to the ATMC’s Stablecoin Balance

I gave a lot of time to read this porposal and understand every aspect of it. Thought we could easily agree, voted FOR, withouth knowing what would follow. Proposal - Updates to the DIP, The Complete 1.7 Version

My rationale for my FOR vote according to Register $BORING in the Arbitrum generic-custom gateway

My rationale according my FOR vote, in Snapshot, in AIP: ArbOS Version 50 Dia.

I asked two questions two @offchainlabs and they answered, providing me with helpful insights on this proposal.

I followed up with a FOR vote in the Tally vote.

The war started officially with this proposal. I chose to ABSTAIN here…providing a very emotional side of me. Proposal: Revert the Delegate Incentive Program (DIP) to Version 1.5

A tough one for me…and the only one until now thatI have changed my vote. I started with ABSTAIN in the Snapshot vote.

Here you can see my rationale:
Transfer 8,500 ETH from the Treasury to ATMC’s ETH Treasury Strategies

Though my considerations were serious to me and I did not want to proceed with a vote that would help reach the quorum without an answer, so on Tally vote my final vote was AGAINST.

My rationale, according to my FOR vote in DVP Quorum.

Regarding AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Benchmark for Future Council Terms, my vote was FOR. Without having knowledge over this specific program I did not consider extravagant the raise of costs.

I also voted FOR in AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Startup-Phase Bonus for Current Council Members.

And the war continues…

First time in my thread I am going to include two proposals within a single thread. The reason I am doing this, is because to me all this thing has became annoying. I think that it is obvious that compenstating delegates help with decentralization and apathy attacks and that there should be place for everyone both small and big delegates. But…unfortunately human ego is a very strong power!

Should we try a Delegate Incentive Program like the Arbitrum Triple Dip?… I voted ABSTAIN on Paulo’s proposal. I personally believe that @paulofonseca ’s proposals and his aspect over this program are probably the fairest that I have seen and have a place for everyone. Though I had decided not to take part in this war, but I just did not want to ‘hit’ his proposal.

and

The DAO Incentive Program(DIP 2.0). In this, I voted AGAINST. In comparison with the other proposals, this gave fewer chances to delegates, for example, in comparison with Paulo’s proposal.

In the Snapshot vote of AIP: Raise the gas target, min L2 base fee, & implement improvements to the pricing algorithm, I voted FOR, though I do not neglect considerations raised through discussion.

As concerns Tim Chang reconfirmation for AGV council and John Kennedy reconfirmation for AGV council which are related to the same topic, I have said again that I am not related to the specific program. Basically, it is the one that I know the least about regarding the Arbitrum ecosystem.

I am voting FOR both proposals. This is because I do not have any reason to be opposed to either of them. Also, having seen both candidates present on the call on the 27th of November, trying to explain how they are going to help, I decided to go with for instead of abstaining.

The AGV - 2026 Council Elections came, and I voted. I studied the profiles of the candidates, having already an idea from what I have seen since I jumped into Arbitrum. Anyone who wants to know whom I voted for can dm me and discuss it on a personal level.

And as the ‘war’ continues…regarding the Rewarding Active Delegates (RAD) Program, I chose to vote AGAINST. I think that unity and equality should be a top priority, and proposals that are not aligned with these values will find me opposed. Every person, and therefore, every delegate matters. We should not aim to become a plutocratic entity, but remember the core values that led to the Web3 creation.

As always…I declare my respect for the DAO, the ecosystem, and its members.

I voted FOR in the [CONSTITUTIONAL] AIP: ArbOS Version 50 Dia.
Not much to say since I am not a technical. Though I have to undrline that just by studying such proposals I am gaining much knowledge over the Ethereum and Arbitrum ecosystems!
