I get where JoJo and SEEDGov are coming from with their concerns about timing and not getting in the way of the S3 talks. But overall I agree with Entropy’s point about this the S2 surplus money that’s been sitting around for 9 months…. How much value is lost to inflation of USD? Voting FOR (on Tally). Basing quorum on active delegates is a great way forward. Also, a huge fan of getting the on-chain cancel button. Forcing the DAO to vote down a flawed proposal that even the creator wants to pull was always a massive waste of everyone’s time.

Voting For I’m supportive of making the CoC a living document. Honestly tho, I’m not a fan of making shielded voting optional. As I’ve said before, shielded voting should be used whenever possible. The bias of real-time results is real!. I’ll support this, but I really hope proposers default to shielded voting more, as opposed to less after this!

Voting FOR Upgrading to ArbOS 60 is a no brainer. All the new features are just awesome. Honestly tho, having the whole DAO vote on these heavy tech upgrades is too much overhead. It would be way better to fund a selected group of technical experts to review OCL’s work and then optimistically approve it.
