Lampros DAO Delegate Contributions Update

Hi everyone,

We wanted to share some of the contributions we’ve made as small delegates over the past month. While we couldn’t attend recent events physically, we were inspired by the presence and efforts of other delegates who did. That pushed us to look inward and ask: Where can we meaningfully contribute based on our strengths?

For us, that answer was clear: data tooling and ecosystem research. So during June, we focused on areas that align with our capabilities and fill emerging gaps.

1. Orbit Chains Dashboard on Dune

As Orbit chains began gaining traction, we noticed a key gap: no unified way to track their on-chain activity in real-time. To address this, we built a public Dune dashboard that provides a clear view into how these chains are being used, who’s deploying on them, and how their ecosystems are evolving.

The dashboard currently includes:

You can view it here: Arbitrum Orbit Chains Dashboard by Lampros DAO

The dashboard was well received by the community, trending on Dune with 60+ stars. We’re continuing to expand it based on feedback and are also in touch with the AF to explore how additional Orbit chains (not yet indexed on Dune) can be included.

2. Dune Spellbook Contributions

We started our journey in the data ecosystem back in early 2024 by contributing to the Dune Spellbook repo, focusing on improving protocol-level support for projects on Arbitrum. During that period, we submitted and merged over 10 PRs covering major DEXs across the ecosystem.

After a brief pause due to other governance and dev-focused responsibilities in Arbitrum, we resumed these efforts in May 2025 and have been contributing consistently since.

Below is a list of all our merged PRs on Arbitrum and Orbit chains:

We also have a few PRs currently under review and plan to keep contributing regularly to make on-chain protocol data more accessible for analysts, governance participants, and developers across Arbitrum and its Orbit ecosystem.

We’re always open to feedback, suggestions, or ideas on how we can contribute more effectively to the DAO. If there’s anything you’d like to discuss or suggest, feel free to DM either me or @Blueweb, we’re both approachable and happy to chat.

This post is part of an ongoing monthly series we’re starting to share our work more publicly and transparently. We’ll keep updating this thread with each month’s contributions going forward.

Hi everyone,

As part of our monthly series, here’s a look at the contributions we made in August 2025. This month, we kept our focus on data infrastructure and ecosystem research, while also experimenting with more public-facing engagement through X Broadcasts.

1. Orbit Chain Revenue Dashboard

We published a new Dune dashboard focused on Arbitrum ecosystem revenue from Orbit chains.

The dashboard currently tracks only Orbit chains that are settled on Arbitrum One, offering a way to see how Orbit chains contribute to Arbitrum’s overall revenue base.

Explore the dashboard here: Arbitrum Ecosystem Revenue From Orbit Chains

2. X Broadcast on Orbit Chains Dashboard

On 19th August 2025, we hosted an X Space to walk the community through our Orbit Chains Dashboard on Dune.

During the session, we:

  • Showed key metrics across Apechain, Plume, Degen, and Corn
  • Explained what these numbers mean for Arbitrum’s growth and adoption
  • Discussed how Orbit chains contribute to the broader network
  • Took questions live from delegates, analysts, and builders

This was our way of making the data more interactive and accessible, not just dashboards, but conversations around what the numbers mean for the DAO. We have more such spaces lined up for the future.

Here’s the recording: Arbitrum Orbit Chains Dune Dashboard Deep Dive by Lampros DAO

3. Dune Spellbook Contributions

We continued our work on Dune Spellbook contributions, with new PRs merged and several under review.

3.1 Merged in August

Protocol Name Chain Sector Merged On PR Link

Hi everyone,

Here’s our September update. This month we continued to expand our data work, ran more live sessions to walk through the dashboards, and kept our weekly analytics series running. Below are the main items.

1. Revenue dashboard - expanded coverage (89 chains)

We updated our Arbitrum Orbit Chains Revenue Dashboard to cover 89 Orbit chains that settle on Arbitrum One. This gives a wider view of which chains are contributing to ETH revenue and how that revenue flows change over time.

Explore the dashboard here: Arbitrum Ecosystem Revenue From Orbit Chains

Later, we updated the dashboard to include new metrics that give more insights, such as:

  • Avg revenue per batch
  • Daily revenue per chain
  • Top contributors leaderboard

The OCL team liked the dashboard, and we are now in touch to explore how to expand coverage further. Both teams are researching what’s possible on Dune and how we can bring more settlement and batch data into a single, consistent dashboard view.

2. Twitter Spaces & Broadcasts - what we covered

As we mentioned in our last update, we are experimenting with more public-facing engagement through X Broadcasts, so this month we ran a series of live sessions to make the dashboard work more conversational and useful.

Space - 2 Sep 2025 (announcement / walk-through)
Tweet: Space Link.
Focus: introduced the Revenue Dashboard and a discussion on:

  • What does settlement mean in practice
  • Why tracking Orbit revenue is hard
  • Key dashboard sections and early numbers
  • Open discussion and Q&A

Space - 9 Sep 2025 (Follow the Fees)
Tweet: Space Link.
Focus: weekly fee signal and Top 10 fee-generating contracts on Arbitrum One. We discussed how fees act as a direct signal of real usage and broke down week-on-week concentration across domains (DEXs, perps, infra, wallets, stablecoins, etc.), with a live Q&A.

Broadcast - 16 Sep 2025
Tweet: Broadcast Link.
Focus: a walk-through of the revenue dashboard and the updated 89 chains, with new metrics such as:

  • Avg revenue per batch
  • Daily revenue per chain
  • Top contributors leaderboard

These sessions were practical walkthroughs - showing the data and explaining what it suggests about adoption and treasury inflows.

3. Weekly analytics series - quick note

We launched a new weekly analytics series in September to keep delegates, builders, investors, and researchers informed with concise, actionable insights. The idea is to surface trends without long reports so people can spot signals quickly.

Top 10 Contracts (weekly posts):

Top 10 Orbit Chains (weekly posts):

4. Dune Spellbook contributions - PRs submitted & under review

This month we submitted several PRs to the Dune Spellbook. These are currently under review by the Dune team and will be merged once approved.

PRs submitted (under review):

  • SwapFish - PR submitted 1 Sep 2025 - PR Link.
  • Defi Money - PR submitted 23 Sep 2025 - PR Link.
  • Skate Fi - PR submitted 23 Sep 2025 - PR Link.

These contributions aim to make protocol-level data queryable for the community, removing friction for anyone building dashboards or running analytics.

We’ll continue updating this thread each month as part of our effort to make delegate contributions more transparent and accessible.

If you have feedback, suggestions, or chains/metrics you’d like included, please DM either me or @Blueweb - we’re both approachable and happy to discuss.

Thanks for reading.
