[Snapshot] Non-Constitutional: Stable Treasury Endowment Program 2.0 - Voted For
We need to minimize the negative impacts on ecosystem caused by sharp fluctuations in asset prices in the early years. To diversify Arbitrum DAOs treasury into real world assets is very important for the long-term stable development of the Arbitrum ecosystem. So I voted For.

[Snapshot] Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - New Protocols and Ideas - Voted For CastleCapital
CastleCapital has been a long-term builder in the Arbitrum ecosystem. I’ve been familiar with them since the NFT era of Arbitrum, and their professional skills and longstanding contributions to Arbitrum are evident to everyone. The New Protocols and Ideas domain of Grant Season 3 is a role that CastleCapital is perfectly qualified for, which is why I’ve cast all my votes for them.

[Snapshot] Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - Education, Community Growth, and Events - Voted For SEEDGov
SEEDGov is, in my opinion, the most suitable candidate for this position. Their past contributions to this field have already proven their capabilities. Moreover, they have made significant contributions to the entire Arbitrum DAO and are trustworthy partners. For example, the DIP they led has had a profound impact on Arbitrum DAO’s governance. Most importantly, their relevant professional expertise is unparalleled. That’s why I’ve cast all my votes for SEEDGov.

[Snapshot] Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - Dev Tooling on One and Stylus - Voted For Juandi
Juandi was previously the manager in this domain, actually I think he did a great job. I hope he continues in this role, so I’ve cast my vote for him.

[Snapshot] Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - Gaming - Voted For Flook
No one is more suitable for this position than Flook. He has extensive experience in the gaming field and has been a consistent contributor to the Arbitrum ecosystem. Likewise, I’ve known him for a long time, and I believe he can excel in completing the tasks required for this domain.

[Snapshot] The Watchdog: Arbitrum DAO’s Grant Misuse Bounty Program - Voted For
The Watchdog is an extremely important oversight mechanism. I have discussed this issue with many Delegates in the past, but we were never able to come up with a feasible solution. While this proposal also has inherent flaws—for instance, our DAO can’t impose punitive measures on violators, at most withholding the remaining funds, and we might not even be able to recover previously disbursed funds—this is not a flaw of the proposal itself but a common limitation faced by all DAOs. Namely, online activities are difficult to subject to effective oversight by offline legal entities.
Nevertheless, this proposal is a significant step forward in improving Arbitrum DAO’s oversight framework, and I fully support it!

[Snapshot] Proposal for Piloting Enhancements and Strengthening the Sustainability of ArbitrumHub in the Year Ahead - Voted For without retroactive
ArbitrumHub enhances the functionality of the Arbitrum Foundation’s official website, providing a more efficient and in-depth guide for builders and users to build and utilize Arbitrum. Its public welfare nature aligns closely with the vision of ANDAO, which is why I strongly support this proposal. However, due to its nonprofit nature, I do not agree with granting retroactive compensation. Therefore, I vote For without retroactive.

[Snapshot] Arbitrum Strategic Objective Setting (SOS) – Defining the DAO’s Interim Goals - For
This is a proposal that leverages the collective efforts of Delegates, helping the
Arbitrum DAO establish widely accepted short term and medium term goals. The proposer has already taken every aspect into consideration and my only concern is whether this bottom-up approach can generate sufficient momentum at the execution level—that is, once the goals are set, whether the DAO’s executors can efficiently push them forward. Well, regardless, we need to give it a try first, so I vote For.

[Constitutional AIP] Activate Arbitrum BoLD + Infura Nova Validator Whitelist - Voted For
Maintain my reasons on snapshot.
This is a proposal about technology, forgive me for not being too professional in this area.
The proposal mentions that Infura’s verification node is already running in the Nova network, but it was not previously whitelisted due to a slip-up during testing. Note that Infura should have been whitelisted, so I think now there is not much need for further complex discussion.
On the other hand, Infura is known to be one of the most active infrastructure providers in the industry and has already supported the Arbitrum One network, so extending it to Arbitrum Nova as soon as possible is desirable and in the interest of the entire Arbitrum DAO.
So I fully support this proposal and look forward to Infura’s continued contribution to the Arbitrum ecosystem.

OpCo: A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution - Voted For
Maintain my reasons on snapshot.
I completely agree with the view that ‘as it currently stands, the Arbitrum DAO is generally unable to move swiftly when it requires specialized contributors to execute a strategy, for which there isn’t a straightforward and low-friction approach, with these processes typically requiring a vast amount of effort from the supply side instead of being driven by the demand side.’ I very hope OpCo can address this pain point.
I was concerned that a 34M ARB would put a lot of pressure on the market, to the detriment of ARB holders, and OpCo decided to take a linear release to minimize the impact on the market. Overall, the pros of the proposal outweigh the cons, so I voted For.
