Snapshot

[Snapshot] Approve the Nova Fee Sweep Action - For

This is long overdue, because moving all Nova fees into Arbitrum DAO Treasury, a smart contract controlled by the Arbitrum DAO, will greatly increase funding transparency and improve the DAO governance structure. So I totally support this proposal.

[Snapshot] Request to Increase the Stylus Sprint Committee’s Budget - For

Stylus is crucial for the development of Arbitrum. With so many applicants participating, we should be pleased—after all, having so many developers willing to contribute to Stylus means we are one step closer to success. Therefore, I believe increasing the budget by 4M is necessary. In particular, the applicants listed by the committee who lack budget are very outstanding. So I vote For.

3.Voting 2025-02-13T16:00:00Z

[Snapshot] Arbitrum Growth Circles Event Proposal - For

This proposal aims to support early-stage startup projects, which is exactly what I have always advocated for. I believe that small but innovative projects are what Arbitrum needs right now—the era of blindly chasing TVL is over. What we need now is to keep funds flowing rather than just sitting and yielding interest. If this event can help discover some alpha projects, it will be a great benefit to Arbitrum.

And the team behind the execution of this proposal is Arbitrum Ventures Initiative, a group with highly professional skills. I believe they are fully capable of carrying out the plans outlined in the proposal. Moreover, the total budget for the proposal is only $67.2K, which is a relatively small amount and worth a try.

For these reasons, I fully support this proposal.

4.Voting 2025-02-20T16:00:00Z

[Snapshot] [CONSTITUTIONAL] AIP: ArbOS Version 40 Callisto - For

This proposal aims to upgrade Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova to ArbOS 40 “Callisto”. Callisto adds support for relevant Execution Layer (EL) changes from Ethereum’s upcoming Pectra upgrade (H1 2025) and a small Arbitrum Stylus related fix.

Arbitrum is Ethereum! This is a technical upgrade and advancement that everyone in Arbitrum DAO is happy to see, so I fully support it.

5.Voting 2025-02-20T16:00:00Z

[Snapshot] Arbitrum Audit Program - For

This proposal aims to provide funding subsidies for early-stage projects that lack the funds to complete security audits. Smart contract auditing is crucial for blockchain projects, as multi-million-dollar exploits are all too common and alarming. So this is an incredibly meaningful initiative. As I have always emphasized, the continuous emergence of high-quality startups is fundamental to Arbitrum’s long-term growth. We should spare no effort in supporting these early-stage projects, especially those struggling with initial funding and market exposure. If Arbitrum DAO can remove the initial barriers for them, I think more great builders will be attracted to the Arbitrum ecosystem!

For these reasons, I fully support this proposal.

OpCo: A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution
- Voted For

Maintain my reasons on snapshot.

I completely agree with the view that ‘as it currently stands, the Arbitrum DAO is generally unable to move swiftly when it requires specialized contributors to execute a strategy, for which there isn’t a straightforward and low-friction approach, with these processes typically requiring a vast amount of effort from the supply side instead of being driven by the demand side.’ I very hope OpCo can address this pain point.

I was concerned that a 34M ARB would put a lot of pressure on the market, to the detriment of ARB holders, and OpCo decided to take a linear release to minimize the impact on the market. Overall, the pros of the proposal outweigh the cons, so I voted For.

Non-Constitutional: Stable Treasury Endowment Program 2.0
- Voted For

Maintain my reasons on snapshot.

We need to minimize the negative impacts on ecosystem caused by sharp fluctuations in asset prices in the early years. To diversify Arbitrum DAOs treasury into real world assets is very important for the long-term stable development of the Arbitrum ecosystem. So I voted For.

Arbitrum D.A.O. (Domain Allocator Offerings) Grant Program - Season 3
- Voted For

Maintain my reasons on snapshot.

The Grant Program Seasons 1 and 2 were executed effectively. With the market warming up, I believe Orbit is entering a phase of rapid growth. Therefore, it’s crucial to launch the Grant Program Season 3 as soon as possible. I vote For!
