[Snapshot] Approve the Nova Fee Sweep Action - For
This is long overdue, because moving all Nova fees into Arbitrum DAO Treasury, a smart contract controlled by the Arbitrum DAO, will greatly increase funding transparency and improve the DAO governance structure. So I totally support this proposal.
