arbiter fully agrees that other early contributors should also receive retroactive rewards. But the Arbitrum team has made it clear that arbiters have been deprecated. the role of Arbiter has been replaced by the Arbitrum team’s audit/customer support team, the Ambassador program.

Arbiter spent a lot of energy and time in sorting out the 2.0 proposals. The 25 arbiters come from all over the world and have different environments and backgrounds. It was extremely difficult to get the arbiter together again.
From the current status quo, Arbiter no longer has the ability to establish an evaluation system or framework that can include all early contributors to Arbitrum.
In summary, the proposal’s retroactive membership scope is only the 25 arbiters recognized by Arbitrum team members. Does not include other early contributors.
