I agree with Wellyngton’s AIP.

I agree with Wellyngton’s AIP.

Everybody who was in rush to claim airdrop immediately in early minutes and sell them has done this mistake, if you don’t want to sell your Arbs then you should wait till the site comes up again. so I think these people are not deserve to get back their tokens because they will sell them in first minute.

I also agree to create a form for all users who have the same problem. I think a lot of people have suffered from this. And hopefully the Arbitrum team can seriously reconsider this issue!

I agree with his proposal as someone who has transferred all $ARB’s to the contract address.

i agree
This was an inadvertent mistake and it is better to return the assets to the users, this can show the good trust of the project to the user

I agree with this AIP.
This may encourage more people to manage the DAO.
If the airdrop tokens are returned, there will be excellent returns and the dao perspective will receive positive feedback.
Based on @welly advice, I agree to create a form for all users experiencing the same issue.

your support is very important, you can’t even imagine how sorry those who made this mistake are. All necessary costs for return shipping can be deducted from the coins. Thank you.

We fully support this proposal, as it’s highly likely that users who accidentally sent tokens to the contract address did so unintentionally. In order to implement this, we need to determine whether the Arbitrum token contract allows for the transfer of tokens back or if there is a mechanism in place to handle such situations. We would appreciate assistance from someone at the Arbitrum Foundation to clarify this matter.

If someone puts forth this proposal, and they have the necessary voting power (more than the required threshold or are among the top delegates), we will definitely vote in favour of it.

It’s worth noting that almost 170k $ARB (valued at around $220k) is currently sitting in the contract. We believe giving users a second chance promotes fairness and contributes to more decentralized governance in the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Have anyone discussed what we’ll do regarding the gas fee?

I don’t believe the DAO should pay for this.

If follow the solution proposed by Wellyngton, it would require only 1 transaction from the token address to send $Arbs to the destributer contract to re-claim
