Should the DAO Create COI & Self Voting Policies?

We vote FOR: Disclosure Policy and FOR: Responsible Voting Policy. No doubt the DAO should implement a disclosure policy at least. On top of that, we believe the Responsible Voting Policy is best suited for the current DAO voting situation as we see it working well in the Optimism for some of its election votings.
