Rationale:

As with every election, this time it was also hard to make a choice. After carefully considering everyone’s application, I’ve decided to vote for Pedro, Frisson, and AJ Warner. I’m confident that their skills and experience will make them valuable additions to the Committee. Here is my rationale:

Pedro has consistently shown a deep understanding of the DAO’s inner workings, which is definitely essential for this role. I highly value both his active participation and the quality of contributions that he made overtime.

Frisson’s expertise is well-documented, and his ability to deliver high-quality work is something I’ve witnessed firsthand multiple times, both with Tally and at the DAO.

Concerning AJ, he brings extensive experience and I truly believe that a closer involvement with Offchain will be super beneficial to the committee.

I fully support this allocation preference and have voted in favor. I have complete trust in the committee, especially given the results from STEP 1 and the strong track record of the selected applications. I also appreciate the strategy behind the allocation ratios and the decision to focus resources on just three products, ensuring a more impactful approach. I’m voting “yes to both” as I believe this is the most efficient way to address the immediate funding needs and prevent these projects from leaving the ecosystem. I think that the delay happened for valid reasons and don’t see a strong case to vote against this solution. I also agree with other delegates on the need to find a better long-term approach for situations like this, and I’m happy to see that alternative solutions are already being discussed. What I appreciate here is that the asset specific approach means even smaller projects and users can participate making it more inclusive. [RFC] Proposal to Adjust the Voting Power of the Arbitrum Community Pool & Ratifying the Agentic Governance Pivot

I agree with the need to reduce the amount of ARB delegated to the Event Horizon pool, but I don’t support such a drastic reduction. I share the concerns raised by @paulofonseca and will vote for Option A. It would have made more sense to include more intermediate options for a more balanced adjustment.
