I was reading Vitalik’s recent post on "We need more DAOs " and I think two points really stand out for the problems we are discussing. 1- For “Wisdom” (Governance/Feedback): I don’t believe we need a new incentive program here. I am voting FOR this proposal. It make sense to shift the quorum requirement to delegated supply, as this accommodates investors who wish to hold the token without actively engaging in governance. While I initially had concerns regarding the ceiling, I now recognize it’s al protection mechanism. It ensures that outsiders with significant capital cannot freeze the DAO, which is essential in such a highly competitive environment.
