AGV Wind-Down: Structured Transition & Return of Capital to the DAO Treasury

Voting for. Winding down the AGV arm makes sense to me. It doesn’t really fit the DAO’s priorities at this point in time, and sending the funds back to the treasury is the right call. I’ve actually seen some of the games AGV was backing and there’s real potential there. It looks like a lot of money on paper, but gaming is its own beast and these bets take time to play out. Voting FOR, i like this one. This opens it up so anyone can pay for priority. way healthier. 97% of the fees go to the treasury at no dev cost too. I also like the anti-starvation piece keeps normal cheap transactions flowing, so were not squeezing regular users.

Extending DRIP's Mandate

Voting FOR. DRIP had a positive impact on Arbitrum, it brought Morpho and Euler over, grew yield for stables significantly. The 10/10 deleveraging was just unfortunate timing for a looping program, not a flaw in the plan. The strategy and execution were solid and its worth keeping it moving forward.

Continued Funding for the Arbitrum Foundation

Voting FOR. The Foundation is doing great work, and the 2025/2026 partnerships really delivered. I heavily support the ETH and stables spend. I still want a clearer plan for the ARB. But I won’t let that be a blocker since I trust the team to handle it well. Hearing the OAT’s take was also super helpful to decide.

Ill be voting FOR, as Abel said Nova played an important role but the maths doesnt sum up anymore so putting it on maintenance state make sense. The 90 day migration window gives projects still on Nova enough time to move.

Voted FOR. Excited to see this moving forward. Big credit to Aave and the DeFi United coalition for pulling the recovery together. Holders can already redeem their rsETH on Arbitrum (and Ethereum, Base, Linea, Mantle) as of yesterday, which is the real proof the coordination worked.

Mr. Gerstein, With real respect for the judgments your clients hold against the DPRK, two points of pushback on the restraining notice itself: The frozen ETH at 0x…0DA0 is not property in which the DPRK has an “interest” under CPLR §5222(b). It’s stolen property. Lazarus exploited the rsETH protocol, drained funds belonging to depositors, and held them transiently at an address now under the control of Arbitrum’s Security Council. Thanks for putting this together. Returning stolen property to its rightful owners is the right move. +1 to everything Griff and 0xDonPepe raised. Arbitrum-side claimants need to be sized clearly inside the waterfall, the math needs to be public before the on-chain vote, and delegates should be added as Indemnified Parties.
