Arbitrum Growth Circles Event Proposal

I voted no. Like Entropy said, its too vague with inflated costs. When I commented on this last week I thought it was gonna be meditated and refined before going to snapshot. That Program Design & Development line - 10k just to figure out what to do? I thought we were doing that on the forums. I get that work needs funds but at least outline the plan first. I’d love to see proposals with more meat before approval, not just “we’ll figure it out later”. Arbitrum needs efficient spending, not blank…
