Proposal: AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Benchmark for Next Term & Startup-Phase Bonus

I voted AGAINST I still believe that bonuses should be earned, not granted. If the authors had included even a hint of a KPI, I would have been in favor of allocating a bonus, but that didn’t happen. The definition of a BONUS is an additional reward above and beyond the base salary (wage), paid for achieving certain results or indicators.
