I voted Against As I mentioned earlier, I’m sure this decision will lead to: apathy in voting (there’s no need to put in the effort if the top 13 delegates provide a quorum) due to apathy - centralization (this is bad, since a small number of delegates control a huge community) instead of incentivizing voting, a simpler method of reducing the quorum is chosen every time (in the eight months since the DVP idea was voted on, no other coefficient options have been proposed)
