Final Report — P2ECREW / Matheus Celtic Arbitrum Gaming Content Campaign

1. Executive Summary

Project Name: Gaming Content ( Matheus Celtic - P2ECREW)
Questbook Application: Gaming Content ( Matheus Celtic - P2ECREW)
Website / Socials:

P2ECREW is a LATAM-focused Web3 gaming content and community initiative led by Matheus Celtic, one of the most active Web3 gaming creators in Latin America. The goal of this grant was to onboard, educate, and engage both Web2 and Web3 gamers around the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem through short-form videos, long-form tutorials, Twitter content, newsletters, and community distribution.

The campaign focused on making Arbitrum games more accessible to mainstream gamers by explaining gameplay, incentives, onboarding steps, and the value of Web3 gaming in a simple and engaging way. The project leveraged P2ECREW’s multi-platform community across Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp, and newsletters, reaching a large LATAM gaming audience.

The grant helped fund consistent content production over a three-month period, allowing us to dedicate resources to scripting, gameplay capture, editing, publishing, and distribution. Without this grant, it would have been much harder to maintain the same level of consistency and quality across multiple platforms.

2. Performance Against KPIs

The original grant was structured around three monthly milestones, each including:

KPI / Deliverable Projected per Month Projected Total Actual Result
Short-form videos 4 12 Completed — see monthly reports
Long-form videos 2 6 Completed — see monthly reports
Tweets 4 12 Completed — see monthly reports
Twitter threads 2 6 Completed — see monthly reports
Newsletters 1 3 Completed — see monthly reports
Clicks 2,500/month 7,500 total 8,713

Monthly performance reports:

The campaign was designed to be measured by content quality, views, engagement, clicks, and the ability to bring new gamers into the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem. The original application projected 7,500 total clicks and 2,000 - 4,000 expected new users/signups/installs/conversions.

3. Qualitative Impact & Community Feedback

The most significant non-quantitative outcome was the ability to create a bridge between traditional gaming audiences and the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem. A major challenge in Web3 gaming is that many mainstream gamers still see blockchain games as difficult, confusing, or inaccessible. This campaign helped reduce that barrier by presenting Arbitrum games through simple, entertaining, and educational content.

The content focused on gameplay, storylines, incentives, tutorials, and ecosystem awareness. This helped introduce Arbitrum games to gamers who may not actively follow crypto-native channels but are interested in gaming content.

P2ECREW also brought strong LATAM distribution to the campaign, using an existing community presence across:

  • 43k+ followers on personal Twitter/X

  • 228k+ followers on Portuguese Twitter/X

  • 37k+ Instagram followers

  • 21k+ YouTube subscribers

  • 10k+ TikTok followers

  • 3,800+ Discord members

  • 1,400+ WhatsApp group members

This was important because LATAM remains one of the most active and promising regions for Web3 gaming adoption. The campaign gave Arbitrum more visibility in a region where gaming communities are highly engaged and open to new digital economies.

5. Future Plans & Continued Ecosystem Alignment

After the grant, P2ECREW plans to continue creating content and supporting the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem. we have been building and producing Web3 gaming content for more than four years, and this grant helped strengthen the relationship between P2ECREW and Arbitrum.

Next steps include:

  • Continuing to highlight high-quality games launching or growing on Arbitrum.

  • Creating more onboarding content for Web2 gamers who are new to Web3.

  • Supporting Arbitrum gaming campaigns, launches, game nights, and community activations.

  • Expanding LATAM awareness around Arbitrum as a leading gaming ecosystem.

  • Working more closely with Arbitrum-native games on content, distribution, and user acquisition.

The grant also helped reinforce P2ECREW’s positioning as a reliable LATAM content and community partner for Web3 gaming projects. It demonstrated that a focused content strategy can help Arbitrum reach audiences outside of the existing crypto bubble.

6. Additional Remarks

I want to thank the Arbitrum DAO, Questbook, and the Gaming Domain team for the opportunity and support.

As an Arbitrum Ambassador and long-time Web3 gaming creator, I believe Arbitrum has one of the strongest opportunities to become the leading ecosystem for blockchain gaming. This campaign was another step toward that goal by bringing more visibility, education, and engagement to Arbitrum games, especially in LATAM.

P2ECREW is excited to continue contributing to the ecosystem and helping onboard the next wave of gamers into Arbitrum.
