Restitution For Extensively Delayed ArbitrumDAO Minigrant Winners

Voted AGAINST

I don’t see a clear case here for damages, and knowing that OP grants are locked up to a year I don’t see how these practices should result in damages being paid by the DAO. Ugly cashgrab imo.

Hackathon Continuation Program

Voted In favour, yes to onchain mechanism

It’s not a big ask so in my eyes it’s a high risk of doing nothing, high reward type proposal. We have the funds to take these risks. I particularly liked the onchain component because we have a big problem in this DAO of not looking at data and just reinventing the wheel each time, so the onchain component makes sense to me in terms of reusability.

Arbitrum D.A.O. Domain Allocator Offerings) Grant Program - Season 3

Voted for Renew with 5 domains

This program has been one of the most well documented grant program for Arbitrum, teaching us a lot on the efficiency of the current paradigms. The amounts requested in terms of management have been reasonable as well, which makes me very happy to vote for its renewal. The orbit domain is very exciting as well, so I’ve included it.

[NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp

Voted FOR

A reasonable amount requested for a high risk/high reward proposal. It’s worth giving this a try, and let’s see what this brings to the ecosystem. I think in general, onboarding people into Arbitrum is how we win so I’m always in favor. The people involved are solid and have demonstrated commitment to the DAO.

ARDC (V2) Supervisory Council Election

Voted 50% for @Entropy and 50% for @ZER8

Here I’ve picked two people that are intimately familiar with the inner workings of the DAO and that I trust will be impartial in their judgement. Experience in DAO management was also something I looked for, as well as a good track record.

ARDC (V2) Research Election

Voted 50/50 for Llama/Castle Capital and Blockworks

Here I’ve voted for external voices. For the research role, it feels necessary to me to start getting outside perspectives in the DAO and who better to do so that people deep in the trenches, highly connected, and well in-the-know in terms of innovation in the broader industry.

ARDC (V2) Risk Election

Voted 50/50 for @Nethermind and @VendingMachine

Two organizations I respect highly in terms of the depth of their thinking in two important areas. For Nethermind, it’s their overall technical abilities and depth of expertise in pretty much everything related with blockchains. My past experiences with them have been superb. For Vending Machine, it’s much more recent but centered around a key area - economical risks of tokens. Seeing where the staking conversation has been going, I believe Vending Machine has an important role to play in making sure we don’t create systemic risks.

ARDC (V2) Security Election

Voted 100% for @openzeppelin

The GOATs! What else is there to say, they represent the highest standard of quality in our industry and their commitment to OSS is second to none. Happy to see them take the security role.

Unifying Arbitrum’s Mission, Vision, Purpose (MVP)

Voted FOR

I can’t believe that we found an MVP framework we’re all relatively happy with. Huge kudos to the people involved in making it happen. This will help guide the DAO forward. Very important discussion in order to nail the DAO’s goals in 2025.

Partner with ETH Bucharest 2025

Voted FOR with POAP

A great event to back! And I think the POAP part is a good investment. Happy to see the DAO supporting this growing community and aligning them with Arbitrum early.

OpCo – A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution

Voted AGAINST

I think there are leaner, more decentralized options of achieving the goals stated in this proposal. I see the value of this, and want to thank all the individuals involved in the preparation and discussion of this proposal, but I think it’s a step in the wrong direction.

Arbitrum Hackathon Builder Continuation Program

Voted FOR

Let’s bring new and fresh energy to Arbitrum - it’s worth every penny! I understand that it’s not as clean or well documented as we’d like, but anyone that’s been to a hackathon knows that this is not the energy that hackathons nail. It’s chaotic and messy, and it does represent an investment, but let’s encourage onboarding anyway.

Treasury Management V1.2

Voted FOR

The proposal outlines legitimate concerns about the current treasury of the DAO and proposes decent first steps to address them. I hope to see more treasury management proposals in the future.

# Non-Constitutional: Stable Treasury Endowment Program 2.0

Voted FOR

Diversification is how this DAO survives the inevitable ups and downs of this industry, I’m all for it. Particular thanks to @Entropy for their work on setting up this helpful dashboard to follow the progress of the RWA sector on Arbitrum: https://dune.com/entropy_advisors/arbitrum-rwa-case-study

# Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - New Protocols and Ideas

Voted 100% for Uhthred

@Uhthred has shown a lot of seriousness and a good degree of skepticism which is necessary when dealing with new ideas. I appreciated his background as well, and his presence in the Arbitrum telegram channel shows his dedication to this community.

# Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - Education, Community Growth, and Events

Voted 100% for SEEDGOV

The results have shown the quality and importance of @SEEDGov in this ecosystem. Well deserved win, I know they will do a great job with this category and bring the seriousness that they’ve been bringing so far to this ecosystem.

# Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - Dev Tooling on One and Stylus

Voted 100% for Juandi

Based on the applications, @Juandi has the most relevant background and he seems highly motivated for this role. His experience as a founder should also be relevant here.

# Arbitrum D.A.O. Season 3 Elections - Gaming

Voted 100% for Flook

I have to say I was disappointed by the lack of quality applicants in this category. Since the gaming ventures debacle, we haven’t seen gaming properly growing on Arbitrum and I’m not sure any of the candidates will be able to turn that around. I find this very disappointing.

# The Watchdog: Arbitrum DAO’s Grant Misuse Bounty Program

Voted FOR

This is a very much needed piece of the puzzle for grants on a decentralized network, I hope we see this program succeed and reduce grant misuse, I’ll be looking forward to analysis on its performance in the next months.

# Proposal for Piloting Enhancements and Strengthening the Sustainability of ArbitrumHub in the Year Ahead

Voted For with retroactive

I believe that ArbitrumHub has a role to play in enhancing education in the next few years, particularly in this next bull market. I know that the DAO is still wary about spending, and it might not be the very best option, but I want to encourage any initiative providing content on Arbitrum that has a succesful history.
