Once the funds from DIP have been transferred to OpCo’s multisig from the Arbitrum Foundation, we’ll be ready to distribute the first batch of rewards. ETA is the end of January.

The retroactive rewards for November and December for RAD have been paid and a ‘Kick-off Update’ has been published.
The first monthly report for Firestarters has been published. We briefly reviewed the status of the applications during the call, and Tekr0x and Tempe (2 of the grantees) shared their experiences.
There have been 6 applications so far, with 2 accepted.
A total of $9,600 has been allocated, with $40,400 remaining.

The OpCo will host ‘ArbiLodge’ at ETHDenver on February 19th.

We’ve hired a Head of Finance, and they’re expected to start on May 18th.

Firestarters third report was published, and the program has concluded. A retrospective report will be published by the end of this week.
The Code of Conduct handover by Entropy has been completed.
The OpCo was onboarded to the GlobalLeaks platform, which is used by the reviewing committee for the Watchdog program. This is the first step towards the program’s handover to OpCo.

After our 3rd update and the recommendations we published, we discussed potential changes with delegates both publicly and in private. On May 6th, we updated the RAD eligibility requirements.
The next OAT elections will take place in late June. We published the process outline here. Nominations and applications are open until June 5th.
We concluded our quarterly delegate retrospective, having 1-on-1s with a total of 14 delegates of varying voting power, representing an aggregate of 50M+ voting power.
OpCo’s biannual transparency report is set to be published in the last week of May, pending internal review and feedback.

We’re optimising our internal operational workflows through AI automation to streamline routine administrative tasks.
Hiring for the operating company is proceeding on schedule.
The next OAT elections will take place in July. As outlined in the elections overview, we’ve confirmed two applicant presentation calls to facilitate delegate review. The calls will be added to the DAO calendar.
The Firestarters program has officially concluded, with the final deliverables now (here and here) published and nothing further pending.

We’re continuing to optimize our internal operational workflows through AI automation, while we’re also working on creating custom automated workflows that delegates can leverage. The first Claude Cowork plugin we created is currently being tested - if you’re interested, please reach out to Sinkas.
We’re finalizing the RAD rewards for June and will distribute them by the end of the week. Only votes that concluded in June are included while those continuing into July will be counted in the next cycle.
Following the ARB price decline, we’ll be reducing budgets of each proposal type in RAD. More information to follow shortly in a separate post.
The next OAT elections begin on July 2nd and will be run using private voting. Once concluded, we’ll handle the compliance and onboarding of the three winning candidates.
The AGV wind-down proposal, co-authored by the OpCo is ongoing, with more than 130M votes in favor so far. We’re already working on the operational aspects of the winddown with the AGV team.

The current OAT elections conclude this Thursday. Once concluded, we’ll handle the compliance and onboarding of the winning candidates.
The proposed amendment to the Code of Conduct is currently in its objection period, which expires on the 21st of July. The amendment will be adopted automatically if objections remain below 5% of DVP.
We’re consolidating DAO calls to improve efficiency and attendance.
OpCo office hours, Entropy office hours, and open proposal discussions are being merged into a single bi-weekly call, with 30–45 minutes dedicated to proposal discussion and the remainder for team updates and Q&A.
The separate monthly OpCo call has been deprecated due to low attendance.
GRC calls will remain, but we’re experimenting with updating the format. We’ll move to circulating updates via a short video or text message ahead of each meeting, so the call can focus on high-level updates and an open floor for delegate discussion.
We’re developing a cross-organizational CRM to better track contacts across the Arbitrum Foundation, Entropy, OpCo, and Offchain.
