Blocking for future dicussion

[Non-Constitutional] - Updates to the DIP, The Complete 1.7 Version (Snapshot)

We voted For: All in all, we’re happy the Seed team has took in a bunch of the critiques and feedback from the program over the past few months. Overall, this brings back some delegates that were on the fence and might have not been too encouraged to stay active back to the ecosystem, so we are generally in favor of the updates.

[CONSTITUTIONAL] Register $BORING in the Arbitrum generic-custom gateway (On Chain)

We voted For: Voting to approve an operation vote on a prior approved decision. No concerns here.

[CONSTITUTIONAL] Remove Cost Cap, Update Executors, Disable Legacy USDT Bridge (On Chain)

We voted For: Voting to a few things that were prior approved and agreed upon in snapshots. NO concerns from snapshots to on chain phase

[CONSTITUTIONAL] AIP: ArbOS Version 50 Dia (Snapshot)

We voted For: We are in favor of upgrading Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova to ArbOS 50 Dia. Dia adds support for Fusaka upgrade (Q4 2025), enables EIP-2537, with a new native mint and burn features. No concerns.

Revert the Delegate Incentive Program (DIP) to Version 1.5 (Snapshot)

We voted Sunset the DIP, Revert the DIP to v1.5, Keep the current version, Abstain: We think that while there are some common concerns that we share, we believe waiting for 2.0 is best.

[CONSTITUTIONAL] AIP: Security Council Election Process Improvements (Snapshot)

We voted Increase cohort duration, Reduce qualification threshold, Allow candidates to rotate keys, Allow members to rotate keys: We believe these options are pretty straight forward and logical. The increased time length also makes sense and we are glad this is hopefully being extended.

Security Council Nominee Selection

We voted ImmuneFi: We voted the Immunefi team with our rather small delegation as we believe they are a great team to be considered going into the finals.

Transfer 8,500 ETH from the Treasury to ATMC’s ETH Treasury Strategies (Snapshot)

We voted For: We are in favor of turning these fees over to proactive yield generation and believe the risk reward by the ATMC is appropriate.

AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Benchmark for Next Term & Startup-Phase Bonus (Snapshot)

We voted Re-Calibrate for Future Council: We chose the option to Re-Calibrate for Future Council because it strikes a fair balance between recognizing the heavy workload the inaugural AGV Council has already borne and setting up sustainable, market-aligned compensation going forward.

[Constitutional] AIP: DVP Quorum (Snapshot)

We voted For DVP Quorum: We think this is the best option because it fixes a core governance weakness; quorum currently scales with the total voteable supply (including inactive tokens), even though actual delegated voting power (and voter participation) has remained largely flat. By switching to a quorum based on DVP, quorum thresholds would more accurately reflect the engaged electorate.

Security Council Elections

We voted ImmuneFi: We voted the Immunefi team with our rather small delegation in line with our nomination vote logic.

AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Benchmark for Future Council Terms (Snapshot)

We voted For: This new structure lines up with what we prior were in support of for the AGV that they took down vote wise.

[Temperature Check] Should we try a Delegate Incentive Program like the Arbitrum Triple Dip? (Snapshot)

We voted Abstain: No strong opinions here regarding the triple dip. We think it could be worth a shot but overall aren’t convinced it’s the best way to go about it.

Transfer 8,500 ETH from the Treasury to ATMC’s ETH Treasury Strategies (On Chain)

We voted For: In favor of our prior snapshot vote of approval to move these 8.5k ETH to ATMC’s ETH treasury strategies.

The DAO Incentive Program (DIP 2.0) (Snapshot)

We voted Abstain: Similar to the prior incentive program, we have no strong opinions here regarding the DAO incentive program. We think it could be worth a shot but overall still aren’t convinced it’s the best way to go about it.

AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Startup-Phase Bonus for Current Council Members (Snapshot)

We voted Abstain: We have no strong opinions on this start up phase bonus

AIP: Raise the gas target, min L2 base fee, & implement improvements to the pricing algorithm (Snapshot)

We voted For: In favor of increasing the minimum gwei as it should reduce gas in times of high utilization.

John Kennedy reconfirmation for AGV council (Snapshot)
Tim Chang reconfirmation for AGV council (Snapshot)

We voted Abstain & Abstain: Have no issues with them serving again, but we think it makes more sense to host normal elections for the role.

AGV - 2026 Council Elections (Snapshot)

We voted Chris Cameron & Jojo: After reviewing the candidates, these are the ones we believe would do the best job.

We voted For: This vote makes sense and we are supporting our prior snapshot vote

Automate the Consolidation of Idle Funds into the Treasury Management Portfolio (Snapshot)
