Savvy DAO votes AGAINST the “Security Services Subsidy Fund Sub-Committee” proposal.
Key Reasons:
- Duplication of Efforts: Establishing a new sub-committee duplicates existing efforts of the ADPC, leading to inefficiencies and potential overlaps in responsibilities.
- Resource Allocation: The proposal requests 60,000 ARB for compensation over 8 weeks, which seems excessive given the proposed workload and existing compensation structures.
- Delay in Subsidy Disbursement: The additional onboarding and election processes will delay the disbursement of subsidies, hindering timely support for security service providers.
Therefore, we believe this proposal does not effectively address the intended goals and could be streamlined within the existing committee structure.
