Approach:

  • The agenda below will be fluid.
  • For authors and/or key contributors of these proposals, it would be helpful if you could include a tl;dr / update of your proposal / discussion in the comments so delegates can review them and prepare their questions for the call.

Additional Notes

  • We prioritize all proposals and notable discussions that have more engagement.
  • The logic of the two weeks is that given the proposal lifecycle (one week on the forum, one week on Snapshot and then two weeks on Tally). This means that even if a proposal goes through that shortest possible route, it will be covered at least at the proposal and the Tally stage or the Snapshot and the Tally stage.
  • For anything that needs a recap, they could be parked after these discussions

TLDR for the proposal CyberCash - Driving Crypto Adoption on Arbitrum

CyberCash is a novel ERC20 token natively deployed on Arbitrum with innovative mechanism design that supports the goal of being used as digital money. Its transaction based incentives through the burn & earn mechanism intrinsically supports user adoption and rewards integration by developers and businesses.

The proposal requests an ARB grant from the DAO to help kickstart the economic weight and further align incentives between CyberCash and the Arbitrum network.

There are two main elements of the proposal that could be discussed in isolation:

  • 200k ARB to help bootstrap the CASH/ARB Genesis LP (fair launch). This would replace the current plan of launching with a CASH/ETH LP supplied with 1 ETH by Possum Labs, and hence establish a close value connection between ARB and CASH.
  • 100k ARB to support operational activities such as marketing & developer support
