Cheers,
Hey Arbitrum,
Klaus from Hack Humanity putting my hat in to be a delegate after 8 months of deep diving with the DAO.
I wish Arbitrum DAO to be the leading pioneer in decentralised governance and decentralised technology.
For Arbitrum DAO to become an effective and sustainable entity for decentralised work.
To make Arbitrum DAO the most highly engaged DAO in the world.
I’ve been deep diving near full time with Arbitrum since December 2023, seen the governance process from different perspectives a newbie, to grantee, to mentoring others to successfully get grants, to passing a full proposal to the DAO, now having designed and run GovHack ETHDenver and GovHack ETHcc I’ve onboarding over 250+ new people, 48 teams and 48 new proposals to the DAO using this format.
I have a good understanding of what works and doesn’t work in the DAO and will advocate for DAO sustainability and operational efficiency, easing friction for new comers and fair sharing of power amongst delegates, as well as attracting new delegates.
I’m a software developer, product manager, been a consultant, exec coach, strategic advisor and facilitator at fortune 100 companies and happy to bring these diverse competencies to Arbitrum DAO.

Delegate Statement:
I am participating in Delegation Week. My platform is simple.
Here is an article I posted to Twitter about my platform:
And here are a few quick points if you don’t have time for the article:
ARB sustainability is the goal
It is a store of value that most efficiently catalyzes value into positive sum work. The increasing returns should then be divided between contributors and token holders.
Spearheading the evolution of decentralized technology & governance
Our DAO mission is to ensure that the technically decentralized technology remains politically decentralized as well. This is a requirement to scaling Ethereum. It requires thoughtful governance innovation which empowers outliers rather than taking the easy route to settle in the mediocrity of consensus at every turn.
Credible Neutrality
Legitimacy is the scarcest resource and it is dependent on credibly neutral systems. Both centralized and decentralized solutions can be used in the ecosystem, but the way the power or authority is assigned must use credibly neutral processes.
I believe my high context in both DAOs and Arbitrum makes me a quality choice for delegation. Thank you to all current and future delegators!
I’m 69% certain no one will delegate to me, BUT still applying because DAOs have been my full focus since 2020 and the reason I went full time in web3.
My Background in web3:
- ex-Gitcoin Eligibility team lead and reviewer(2 years), managed the Arbitrum on Gitcoin programs(1 year)
- Active roles: 1Hive DAO(public goods DAO) contributor(4 years), Gitcoin Community council member, ThankARB grant recipient working on a new allocation mechanism 100% dedicated to Arbitrum
- extremely involved in public goods scene(Gitcoin, 1Hive,Gardens, Giveth, etc) and the regen movement
Pro bono contributions for Arbitrum DAO:
-organized the Arbitrum DAO participation at ETH Bucharest, stayed at the booth for two full days, judged the hackathon, created merch, stickers and everything. Kudos to @DisruptionJoe and for also being there and for supporting thisThis was the first time Arbitrum DAO was present at a major ETH event and was enabled by THANKARB!
-helped guided and directed people in and around the DAOs grant programs and all the other initiatives
-helped market Arbitrum DAO and posted from the official unofficial Arbitrum DAO account
-co-led the marketing track at Gov Hack in Bruxelles
I believe that Arbitrum DAO is the first true DAO of it’s size(ETH L2) and it has a huge responsability to give an example to the web3 ecosystem. With great power comes great responsability and as a person that has first hand experience in DAOs I wish to upload some of the learnings I’ve gathered along the way.
Delegate 2 me if:
- you believe DAOs can decentralize us into a better wordl by leveraging public goods and OS infra
- you believe in bottoms up delegations and that DAOs need more multidisciplinary people
- you want to support someone from Central/Eastern Europe that wants to connect all the Arbinauts in this area

I would like to be on this calls:
Hello! I take the opportunity of this excellent initiative to start my participation in the DAO as a delegate.
As you know, I am a former member of the SEEDGov team. I have served the DAO in the advisory team roles for LTIPP and Bridge STIP.
The redelegation week initiative is excellent and encourages me to participate because I strongly believe that pluralism is vital for achieving high-quality proposals. Collective intelligence leads to more robust and innovative outcomes.
I consider that I can bring to the DAO the perspective of someone with context (I’ve been around for almost a year) and without any affiliation or conflict of interest, allowing me to speak and express my opinions freely. My opinions and votes will always favor what I consider best for: 1. Arbitrum users 2. The DAO.
If possible, I would prefer to participate on this slot: July 23, 13:00-14:00 UTC
Hey Arbitrum enjoyers,
After actively engaging and working with the DAO for the past 6+ months, we’re super excited to participate in (Re)delegation Week. Initiatives our team has been involved in:
- RnDAO Co.Lab1
- Arbitrum Venture Initiative Working Group
- Arbitrum Venture Initiative Proposal
- Arbitrum Venture Initiative Pilot
- GovHack Venture Track lead
Our core values:
Long term value creation and sustainability.
Using decentralized tech and DAO governance for good.
Transparency and proactivity.
Why delegate to us?
Our team brings multidisciplinary experience across web3 investing, ecosystem creation and growth through venture, and through leading AVI we have gained a relatively high context in Arbitrum. As builders in the DAO, we understand the possibilities as well as the constraints of operating in a decentralized world, and we will advocate for easing the friction points to attracting and onboarding talent to the DAO.

L2BEAT is also participating in the (Re)delegation Week. We are active delegates in several L2 ecosystems, making sure that all L2s grow the infinite garden of the rollup-centric Ethereum ecosystem and not turn into a PvP battle royale.
As the mission statement on our governance page says:
Our goal is to actively contribute to governance across the Ethereum ecosystem, ensuring that L2 solutions evolve towards a more secure, decentralized, and trustworthy future .
We would be happy to take part in an AMA on any of the proposed timeslots, we will adapt our schedules to make it work. Moreover, we would like to invite anyone who’s interested to our weekly Office Hours that we host every Thursday at 3pm UTC for almost a year already.

Hey all,
Our team at Arana will be participating in this redelegation week. We have been active governance participants since day-one of ARB token launch, having voted on practically ever Snapshot and onchain vote so far. We’re thankful to have had the opportunity to interact with various contributors, including dapp builders, service providers, and alike delegates. Most of our team initially started out on the Michigan Blockchain group, but since leaving academia, we’ve veered into more professional governance across various DAOs.

Hey all,
Appreciate all the encouragement during ethcc to participate here.
Over the last six months I’ve been a contributing author to the Gaming Catalyst Program (GCP) and a core member of the GCP Working Group which recently brought the proposal to a successful Tally vote. As a delegate, I intend to prioritize user trust and transparency, supporting initiatives that ensure the Arbitrum ecosystem’s long-term viability. I’m thrilled to be part of this community.
